As CEO and member of the board, Scott is responsible for leading the Calero-MDSL organization into its next era of growth and innovation. A seasoned executive with over twenty years of experience in executive positions at telecom organizations, Scott brings a passion for how operations, sales, and technology can work together to deliver a truly exceptional customer experience. Scott most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Calero Software prior to the merger with MDSL. Prior to joining Calero-MDSL, Scott led the technology and operations organizations as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at FirstLight Fiber, a portfolio investment of Riverside Partners and Oak Hill Capital.
As President and CRO, Andrew is responsible for delivering an operative end-to-end customer and buying experience as well as providing strategic leadership within the company’s executive and senior teams. With nearly two decades of customer-facing experience in the telecom and managed mobility markets, Andrew aligns the marketing, sales and customer success teams around a go-to-market strategy that streamlines the customer journey. Prior to Calero-MDSL, Andrew was the VP, Sales at DMI where he helped them to achieve Leader status in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
Brian joined Calero-MDSL in 2020 and oversees the global Finance function, including accounting, forecasting, legal and compliance.
Simon joined MDSL in 2003 as part of the Development Team after graduating from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Computer Science. He drove the development of a number of key technologies, including MDSL’s e-billing handler architecture, which led to the rapid growth of MDSL’s TEM offering. He now has responsibility for aligning the company’s IT policy with its overall business direction.
Patrick oversees Calero-MDSL’s ongoing customer operations, which includes ensuring best-in-class service to its growing customer base. With over 20 years of operations and technology leadership, Patrick most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield where he was responsible for strategic oversight and execution of the enterprise’s technology and investment strategies.
David is responsible for Calero-MDSL's strategic product vision, development roadmap and go-to-market activities. David brings a wealth of experience in leading product management teams and taking a customer focused approach to strategic planning.
Kris is responsible for attracting and developing talent across the nine worldwide office locations and building a strong company culture through advanced learning and engagement initiatives.
Ronel joined Calero in February 2019 as a Senior Program Manager. In her first year, she led implementation for a few larger, international clients who were key drivers in expanding our invoice reader footprint and maturing our product to deliver end-to-end procure-to-pay services. The Calero-MDSL merger gave rise to new opportunities and in early 2020 she was offered the role of Professional Services Director, leading the Enterprise and later the Pioneer BU Professional Services teams.

Lew joined Calero-MDSL in mid 2021 as the VP and General Manager of the Pioneer Business Unit, responsible for ongoing customer operations. He leads by listening and has inspired his team to deliver the highest quality performance with his rigor and dedication. Lew brings over 20 years of experience in operations and technology leadership to the Calero-MDSL team and continues to delight our customers with his knowledge and passion.
Calero-MDSL is dedicated to giving back in a meaningful way. We regularly donate to organizations such as Girls Who Code, who are enabling the next generation of female engineers. We support our local communities with events such as yearly food drives to help those in need, and offer paid volunteer days to all our employees so that they can give back to the organizations that matter most to them.
